Step 2: Coat Your Tongue (30 seconds)

Place one Miracle Berry in your mouth and gently bite/press the flesh to release the juices. Keep the berry moving around your tongue so the juice coats your taste buds. try to coat all your tongue with the juices/fruit. 

Important: There is a large seed inside.

• Do not bite or crush the seed

• Do not swallow the seed
  Once you’ve removed most of the flesh, spit out the seed/skin

Step 3: Start the Tasting

Now try the sour fruits in your box. You should notice sour is now sweet!
